Established Modbus TCP communication to acquire kWh data from Deepsea controllers and fuel consumption (Liters) from flowmeters. Built Node-RED flows to calculate Specific Fuel Consumption (SFC) automatically. Implemented DB-to-DB synchronization to bridge floor production data with management analytics dashboards.
